(2) To discharge such woman on account of her pregnancy, or while on leave or in confinement due to her pregnancy; 

(3) To discharge or refuse the admission of such woman upon returning to her work for fear that she may again be pregnant.

RANT: Typhoon Hagupit (Work Advisory)

It's been a very looooong time since I last posted in this blog and I just felt the urge to post here again.

And when I post here, expect it to be rants and rants and MORE RANTS.

As everyone is getting anxious with the coming of Typhoon Hagupit (locally known as Ruby) due to different forecasts and based also on the traumatic experience with Typhoon Yolanda, Cebu City Mayor Rama advises even the private companies to suspend work.

Though it will still be up to the company if the work will be suspended or not.
In our case, regular work still resumed.

But what makes me want to rant so much???

We sent the same pic to the management, hoping maybe we will be able to go home earlier and prepare.

Pero unsai nahitabo!??

Life in 2013

“Even when the story has been told, life goes on ~”

So here's my life summary for 2013.
Actually, just like the previous year, this is a late post. XD (this has been the most delayed Life Year Summary ever! XD)

I have no super char2x quote for this year because I don't want to make it sound too emotional. *googles quote*
I mean, this year has really been GREAT!
Well, actually it's a combination of the extremes - ups and downs.

Annnnnd ~ to some people for this year, I have left you a message on your inbox. (:
Although if you look at it now, you can't access it anymore. XD
Sorry, available only from Dec. 31 to Jan. 5 *except for my family, BSIT pretx and ayeeeee.

CAREER
I have mentioned that I was expecting something for this year.
Well, yeah. It did happened. :D
The first half of the year was really great. I mean, everything was planned out and there are clear goals and directions.
We had other extra activities that are enjoyable and helpful at the same time.
However, there was this sudden twist of event which led us to lose some of our workmates and even our morale.
In the later half of the year, I have to admit that I started looking for other opportunities. I can never be too sure that what had happened will never happen again.
Although I am also a bit confused if I am really useful to the company or not, since according to my workmates I am a valuable contribution to the project. :/
But then again... oh wells.

FAMILY
Compared with the previous year, I have been able to spend more time with them. :D
There was also an addition to the family. weeeh.
There were improvements in the house and some new issues and problems as well.
Health issues, calamities, and other stuffs happened this year which strengthened our bond as a family.

FRIENDS
I got closer with some "special" friends. XD
I've also got to meet and get close with new ones. (:
I've met a couple online friends whom I have known for five years. * the first meet! XD
We've met with BSIT. I miss the guys. :/  We have even organized our own bible sharing session at the last part of the year.

LOVE LIFE
Almost everyone who are close to me knows I've been in so many failed relationships. XD
(e.g. one-sided, "unofficially yours", etc.)
And it was just last year (2012) when they knew I was heartbroken *again*. Haha.
The year started with me telling myself I won't be dating anyone soon. Even though there are a lot of "sungog2" everywhere, I decided not to take anyone or anything too seriously.

Well, just up until Mr. KULOT came.. who actually came sooner than I expected. XD
And even if I did say I don't want to date anybody anymore, I just had to eat my words. XD
This, by far, is the longest 'official' and not one-sided relationship I ever had. *lols
Even the first bf my family and relatives known.
Well, this came as a shock to some, especially those who have never really seen me with a boyfriend. *they've seen me with a group of guys but that's just really different XD

Anyways, this is one life-changing event of my life. :P *charness aside*
We had our ups and downs but I'm still grateful we always work things out together. (:

HEALTH 
I'm not too sure what happened. XD
Some would say I've gained more weight. Some would say I lost some.
I don't know. Haha!
There's just this incident last May that.... oh well, never mind. :P

FAITH
I've almost forgotten a few of His words that I have hold on to for how many years now because of the emergence of these so-called prophets with their end-time-prophecies. XD
Fortunately, God has sent me someone who reminded me of His promises.
We have organized our own bible sharing session to strengthen our faith in the last part of the year.

I pray that in God's grace, we continue to make ourselves better this 2014 and in the upcoming years.
I know there'll be many more challenges and experiences ahead, so Lord, please give me the strength and guidance to overcome these.

If I had to sum up 2013 in a few words, that'd be : "LIFE CHANGING".
And I'm sure this year would bring about a lot of changes as well.

Some time last week, nagdamgo ko that there was this road construction somewhere in *name of place*. The workers did not know that hollow na diay ang ilawm sa road. Ang resulta, nabungkag ang dan. It all happened on a busy time of the day where daghan mangagi na mga sakyanan ug mga tao. Fortunately, wala nun ko kakita ug nai "victims". Na`trapik ra nuon kaau.

Another damgo is nakakita kog church (somewhere sa *name of place*) na nagunaw. But dili xa ang normal na gunaw. Ang church kai gilamun sa tubig. Again, same sa previous, walai "victims". Wala sad nun koi nakita lain tao didtu, except ako ug si *name of person*.
It happened at a hayag time of the day.

Nakadamgo pd ko na naai isa ka island ilamun pd sa tubig. Actually, wala pa nahitabo sa damgo. Nakibaw ra daw mi mao nai mahitabo so we decided to leave before it happens.

Asides from destruction na may be caused by nature, I also had a dream na naka`witness ko ug murder. Although wa nako naklaro kinsa, bsta kai kaila daw tu nako but dili ra nako close. Fiesta2 daw tu unya we were staying overnight sa isa ka`balai. I was just watching people pass by. Naa daw tui murag terrace2, den glass doors and windows ang naa sa amu room. Nai kurtina na tabon but maklaro ra daw nako ang gawas kai tungod sa kahayag ug ka`bibo didtu. And then nakatug ra daw ko sa couch na dapit didtu. Some time late at night, wherein nangatulog na daw akong mga kauban, nakamata daw ko and timing na mingaw na ang gawas. Mao tu nai krimen =)) Wa ra daw ko mulihok kai mahadlok ko makabantai tung murderer na naa ra ko didtu sa dapit sa terrace. XD

Maybe we're just getting a little anxious because of all that is happening with the world now.
