Traffic Enforcers are Bad ?

Sometime 10AM today, while padung Ayala, nadakpan sa CITOM ang driver sa akong gisakyang jeep. Natambai mi ug mga three (3) minutes.

After ni`issue ug TOP (Temporary Operator's Permit), nilarga na ang jeep. Nag`yawyaw daun ang konduktor.

Konduktor: Unsa maning mga CITOM ui, manakop man nuon ug jeep! Mga snatcher pa lang ilang dakpon!
Epal na manang (pasahero): Dili man gud sila kakwarta kung snatcher. Kung driver kai makapangwarta man sila.
Konduktor: Magtago2 pa jud! Mao dili na lang makit`an. Awa, magpalandung na pud na cla run.

Nag`pa`music kunohai ko ani tyma but I can clearly hear their conversation since naa man jud ko dapit sa purtahan ga`lingkod.

Anyways, kuya and manang, mao ni akong thoughts about what happened.

TRABAHO LANG.

Nakasabot kong nanginabuhi si manong driver. Pero sabta pud nga mao pd ni ang trabaho sa mga traffic enforcers.

DILI MANAKOP ANG CITOM IF WALAI SALA ANG DRIVER.

Nihunong ang jeep sa No-Stopping-Area. Natural! Dakpon. Kadako sa sign. If nasuko mo (to konduktor) nganong wa cla nagpaladlad *maong wa mu kabantai naa cla*, ayaw ko ingna angai ra diay mu mu`sunod sa traffic rules if makakita mu nga nai nagbantai? Kung wala cla, wa pd bisa ang rule? Mura ra kag gaingon na ok ra mangawat bsta dili masakpan. And anyways, imung driver wa ni`angal. Kai mismo siya kahibaw nga nilabag xa sa rules.

“NGANONG DILI MANAKOP UG SNATCHER INSTEAD SA JEEPNEY DRIVERS?”

First of all, WAI SNATCHER ganiha. Lain sad kaau ug naa jud sa ilang atubangan na nilabag sa traffic rules, dili ra sila mu`aksyon. Muana lang daun “Ayy, d ko manakop anang wa nisunod sa traffic rules kai naghuwat kog snatcher. Mao akong dakpon”. Mag`sure ta ha?

NANGWARTA.

Sad to say that naa jui mga enforcers na mudawat ug bribe. But in this case ganiha, d jud ni applicable na statement. As what I can see, wa jud nidawat ug kwarta ganiha ang enforcer. Igo ra jud siya ni`issue ug TOP den lakaw na daun. And ang lisenxa sa LTO man cguro na kwaon, ug wa na man cguro labot ang CITOM na nidakop ana. Pero di ko sure kaau ani nuon, wa pa man gd ko nadakpan! Mwahahaha.

NAGPALANDONG ANG CITOM.

So what!? Nibuhat man gihapun cla sa ilang trabaho.

Mao tu xa. WA KO NILABAN SA CITOM or TRAFFIC ENFORCERS. WA PD TA MU KONTRAHI KUYA UG MANANG. 

Ang akoa lang na point is tangtangon unta natu ang kaning mentalidad natu nga pirme ra jud ta i`take advantage sa mga tao na nai authority or naa sa position. 

Kai if mag`cge ra tag hunahuna ug ingun ana, dili jud ta mu`asenso.

Just my thoughts from this morning’s experience. ;)

McDonald Phils Commercial 2011 "BFGF"

I've heard about this new commercial sa McDo and yes.. all of them says it's CUTE daw.

A friend posted this one on facebook so I got teh chance to see teh said commercial.

IMO, I really dun think it's THAT cute that everyone has to go GAGA over it.

Personally, I prefer the "KAREN PO" commercial, the "ANG HULING EL BIMBO" and some other which are way better and "SENSEFUL" than this.

I met with a friend and just like teh rest, she finds the commercial CUTE.

Am I teh only person who thinks this is not really THAT CUTE?

I browsed the news feed and seen there are more friends posting this video.

They all were like "Ang kyut!!!"

What surprised me was that there was actually someone who posted this comment along with teh video.

"I find the MAKERS of this commercial STUPID!!!!"

I was like "WOW! THAT WAS TEH BEST COMMENT EVER!!!"

A friend asked and he explained..

its because... If you see the effects of it sa isa ka 7 year old kid.. or even 5 year old kid... THIS COMMERCIAL will cause a very big CHANGE on their perception about things... Liman ka anang lets say grade 1 nang mga naa sa commercial... AND THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT HAVING A GF..?

ehhhh...?
The media is using lame things to attract the viewers... CUTE SILA... pero LETS look at how this commercial would change the psychological state of the child whos viewing it....

Okay raman ni xa sa atoa... We are in the right age to see this.. but for those whos still ignorant about things... this commercial is not really helpful...

lets not be colonized by western culture...

as our great hero said... "We must never seek happiness through other nations culture... Let make it through cultivating OURS"

Which, IMO, is very well said.

Maybe this was also the exact same reason why I never really liked that commercial at all, despite teh fact that I do love McDo.
